Shipping policy

Formanelkuliter carefully prepares and delivers its handmade sculptures from Hungary to customers in Hungary, Europe, and Ukraine.
All orders are delivered using our own delivery service.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
• Hungary
• European countries
• Ukraine
If you are unsure whether delivery is available to your specific address, please contact us before placing your order.
2. Order Processing
Orders are generally prepared for delivery within the following timeframes:
• Hungary: up to 3 days
• Europe and Ukraine: up to 3 days
Processing begins after the order and payment have been successfully confirmed.
Please note that order processing time and delivery time are separate periods.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are:
• Hungary: up to 3 days
• Europe: approximately 5–7 business days
• Ukraine: approximately 5–7 business days
These delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including weather conditions, transportation delays, customs procedures, or other unforeseen events.
4. Shipping Costs
Standard shipping fees are:
• Hungary: 15,000 HUF
• Europe: 50,000 HUF
• Ukraine: 50,000 HUF
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available for orders with a total value of 450,000 HUF or more.
The free-shipping threshold is calculated based on the value of the products in the order, excluding any applicable shipping charges.
5. Delivery Service
Orders are delivered using the seller's own delivery service.
Because our sculptures are handmade and may be made from materials such as natural stone, clay, and wood, our delivery service is designed to allow for careful handling of the products during transportation.
We currently do not provide a standard tracking number.
6. Delivery Address
Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer during the checkout process.
Please make sure that your delivery address and contact information are accurate and complete before submitting your order.
Formanelkuliter is not responsible for delays or unsuccessful deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
7. Deliveries to Ukraine
For orders delivered to Ukraine, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, fees, or other charges that may be imposed by Ukrainian authorities in connection with the importation of the product.
Such charges are not included in the shipping fee unless explicitly stated otherwise during checkout.
The customer is responsible for complying with applicable import requirements in Ukraine.
8. Delayed or Failed Delivery
If delivery is delayed due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, we will take reasonable steps to arrange delivery as soon as possible.
If delivery cannot be completed because the customer provided an incorrect address, failed to provide necessary information, or otherwise prevented delivery, additional delivery costs may apply.
Where necessary, we will contact the customer to determine an appropriate solution.
9. Damaged Delivery
We take reasonable care when preparing sculptures for transportation.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible:

Please provide your order information and photographs of the packaging and the condition of the sculpture.
If the damage occurred during delivery and the customer is not responsible for it, we will handle the matter in accordance with the consumer rights provided by applicable law.
10. Transfer of Risk
For consumer sales, the risk of loss or damage to the goods generally remains with the seller until the goods are physically received by the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer, other than the carrier, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits any mandatory rights granted to consumers under Hungarian or European Union law.
