We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions and procedures for returns, refunds, exchanges, and products that arrive damaged or are found to be defective.
1. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer purchasing from within the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires.

2. Returning a Product
After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the product without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal.

For a standard withdrawal under the 14-day right of withdrawal, the direct cost of returning the product is borne by the customer.
We strongly recommend using suitable protective packaging when returning a sculpture, particularly because natural stone, wood, and clay products may require careful handling during transportation.
3. Condition of Returned Products
You may handle and inspect the product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
If the product has been used, damaged, modified, or handled beyond what is necessary for such inspection, you may be responsible for any resulting decrease in value to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Products should be returned in an appropriate condition and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging.
4. Refunds
If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
The refund will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different method.
Where applicable, the refund will include the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us. Any additional cost resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery option will not be refunded.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or until you provide evidence that the product has been sent back, whichever occurs first, where permitted by applicable law.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If your sculpture arrives damaged, is defective, or does not conform to the contract, please contact us as soon as possible:

Please provide your order details and, where appropriate, photographs showing the condition of the product and packaging.
If the product is damaged or defective for a reason for which the customer is not responsible, we will handle the matter in accordance with the consumer rights provided by applicable law.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable legal requirements, this may include repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund.
Where required by applicable law, we will bear the relevant costs associated with returning a defective or non-conforming product.
6. Damage Caused by the Customer
The customer is responsible for damage caused by improper handling, misuse, modification, unsuitable storage, or other actions attributable to the customer after receiving the product.
This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
7. Exchanges
If a product arrives damaged or is defective, we may provide a replacement where appropriate and where permitted or required by applicable law.
For a standard 14-day withdrawal without giving a reason, the purchase price will be refunded after the returned product has been processed.
If you would like to purchase another sculpture instead, you may place a new order through our online store.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory statutory rights available to consumers.
8. Handmade and Natural Materials
Our sculptures are handmade and may be created using natural stone, clay, and wood.
Because these are natural and artistic materials, individual pieces may contain variations in texture, colour, surface, shape, grain, or other visual characteristics.
Such variations may be a natural and inherent part of the material and handmade production process and do not, by themselves, constitute a defect.
However, if a product does not correspond to its description, agreed characteristics, or applicable legal requirements, the consumer's statutory rights remain unaffected.
9. Products Eligible for Return
Our products are ready-made sculptures available through our online store.
We do not currently offer custom-made or personalised sculptures.
All products may be returned subject to the applicable statutory right of withdrawal and any mandatory legal exceptions.

11. Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or replace any mandatory rights granted to consumers under Hungarian law or European Union law.
Where applicable law provides consumers with rights that are more favourable than those stated in this policy, the mandatory legal provisions will apply.
